Doctor on call did not appear to experienced within the medical environment in which the appointment took place. She was on the phone a couple of times asking colleagues where equipment was etc.
The urine sample also had to take place in communal toilets on the other side of the building whereby doctor and patient had to walk through two waiting rooms, one with several patients awaiting their appointment, with samples which I found odd and others may have found embarrassing. All in all I did not find it a professional set up.
