First appointment got cancelled on the day as relevant paperwork wasn't there, but another arrangement was arranged quickly for me which I appreciated and the lady on phone was nice and apologic , only concern its timing as I've still not had my license back and its been nearly 9weeks after , can't fault the medical lady on the day, thank you
