Ordered in December which is obviously a VERY busy period. When my item had arrived a little later than I thought it would I contacted customer services who were brilliant, they responded really quickly apologised for the delay and sent my parcel out straight away in fact it came the next day!! Very impressed with the quality of the personalisation of the bottle and the packaging. I have recommended to friends and will defiantly use again Thank You :-)
