I was very pleased with how Fraziers turned a disaster around so quickly. My first wine order was damaged and unable to be delivered.After emailing them they had a new package on its way within a day. It was stressful as I am in New Zealand and the wine was a gift for my brother. I was impressed with how the whole situation was dealt with.
