Good Quality Mat and Impressive Customer Service. I have ordered my first mat that is of standard size available to order, it was delivered on time. Having seen the quality of the mat, I have ordered another mat which is custom made, that was also delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was minor damage to the mat which was reported to the team. Isobel Wiltshire from customer service handled this very swiftly and arranged the replacement order. Also, the collection service for a damaged mat was done promptly. Really impressed with the turnaround and attention to customer service. I would highly recommend FIRSTMATS....
