All happened fairly quickly. Surveyor came as arranged and only took an hour.
Electrician was really careful, fitted and wired in 7 heaters over two days. No mess or upheaval. Very conscious of new carpets/decor and very happy to leave him to get on with it.
The office staff/coordinating was spot on.
