During the pandemic my family and I purchased our first house with a mortgage. ‘Carl’ had been recommended to us by a couple of people. We contacted him and he was extremely negative about our situation. He told us there was no way we would get a mortgage. We spoke to someone at Habito and in summary, they found us an excellent mortgage the same day, we got a much better deal than anything Carl suggested he might be able to achieve and what’s more, there were absolutely NO FEE’s and the service from start to finish was absolutely impeccable. For what this guys wants in fee’s, I think the quality of his work may be lacking! I’d highly recommend anyone talking to this guy speak to Habito or any other fee free broker and simply see what else is on offer. I think you’ll be impressed and save yourself your some money and time. This guys an ‘expert’ in lining his ow; pocket more than getting people mortgages!
