Excellent customer service with somebody phoning me up to suggest an alternative motor to the one I had originally ordered as it was out of stock.
Only small snag was that the motor I then bought wasn't quite compatible with the intended use. Recoverable with spares to hand, but would have been very frustrating otherwise.
