Seem to happily let down customers. I placed an order on Sunday. Was placed to recieve an email on Monday 09:00 stating the order had shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Great, as I had an electrian booked for the Thursday. On Wednesday when the post had been delivered I start to call The Electrical Showroom. No answer, call eventually disconnects, try again and again with the same result. Eventually they answered. Asked for the tracking reference and they then tell me the package has not left and will be delayed by 2 or 3 days. So why was the order marked as despatched? No answer...The only positive was the relief when the refund hit my account quickly. However if this is how they treat customers at the start of relationship - how would they handle a problem with goods 6 or 9 months later. Looking at the reviews it seems very hit and miss...but I will NEVER risk it...
