The products are absolutely beautiful - but unfortunately I was very disappointed that upon ordering 2 of the children’s Xmas tote bags, which I had personalised…..some of the red letters I noticed were coming off….they appeared to be ‘iron on’ but had not stuck very well! I ended up glueing them on with UHU before giving as a gift. If I had more time I would have returned….but I literally had days before I had to pass the bags over to a relative I won’t see again until next year.
