I couldn't fault the booking, pre-appointment communications or location and facilities in any way - all clear, well-presented and reassuring. Greg proved to be well-prepared, and thorough in explaining the earwax examination and removal process, and providing 'live' images at the beginning and end of the treatment. He was also patient in answering questions and provided useful advice regarding hearing testing. Most importantly, he got the job done quickly, calmly and effectively. Highly satisfactory.
