I was disappointed when paying as my Direct Debit did not go threw at your end for both orders and after several day of emailing back and forth I had to do a transfer via my bank which was an additional $9.00 per order $18.00 total - this took several days to sort at your end.
Also once the product was sent 10 days after the initial order the tracking stated it was still at the depot and when i enquired via email have been told it had arrived at the destination,
