If I was only rating Drinks Direct I would give them a 5star rating. But an unfortunate choice of courier has affected my experience. My flat is up one flight of stairs and the courier refuses to bring the box to the door. I can’t life heavy things so that creates an issue. It’s a shame because Drinks Direct have a good selection are very prompt with delivery and offer good prices. I wouldn’t mind waiting a bit longer for my order if I didn’t have to figure out how to actually get it in the door!
