We regularly use the shop for food, treats, chews - everything dog really! I’ve even popped in or rung for advice on occasions. The staff have stacks of knowledge and on the odd occasion they don’t know something, they get to know for you. We’ve attended the large breed play sessions and the puppy power play sessions and they are an absolute blast for the dogs! Staff encourage the dogs have fun but are always on hand to stop anything that looks too rough or could escalate into something unpleasant. We’ve used the groom service for a very nervous adult dog and she was extremely comfortable with the experience. We had our pups first groom at Dragonfly and it was an incredibly positive experience for her too. My pup had her first swim session today and it was fabulous! Mischief already knows most of the staff at Dragonfly (she’s a bit of a celebrity 😂) and Cerys spent time gaining her trust before introducing her to the water. Within a short space of time she was swimming with far more confidence than I expected for her first experience of being in water. Highly recommend the shop products and services provided at Dragonfly
