Amazing customer service! Unfortunately the flush pull ring handles we ordered weren't the size specified on the website (not DIY Direct's fault, as it was also the size written on the packaging) and so we couldn't use them, but DIY Direct replaced them with a different product we could use within 24 hours, refunded us the difference in price and did not require us to pay any postage either to return the wrong product (which they said we could keep) or for them to send out the replacement. I will definitely be using them again.
