The order of Victorian spindle and knobs set was received with a faulty grub screw. An online query was met with a swift reply and replacements screws were immediately put in the post. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size and the correct size was not available. The company then sent a replacement set, after testing the grub screws for faults. The set is now in use and I am a very satisfied customer.
