Brilliant customer experience from start to finish. Great website which made it easy to find what I was looking for, and then just the best service thereafter. There was a slight issue with my order when it arrived (not the fault of Divine Luxury Hub) but it was resolved instantly. I was kept up to date the whole time, even Zik the owner called me to check everything was ok. I honestly have never had customer service like this.
