Although probably not your fault I haven't yet received the goods
Your courier was recorded on CCTV parked next to our parcel box but put item back in van and drove off. On the order I clearly stated that it should be left in Parcel Box.
As I said the fault was not with Direct Water Tanks but the courier.
The issue was sorted as soon as DWT were made aware.
