I'm not going to lie, I purchased a 4 pack of 25l plastic Jerry cans because I was under the influence of merlot, scrolling through Facebook and fell down a rabbit hole of random videos, when I found a one from a prepper who was suggesting we all need to prepare for another war. His words made total sense when I was 3/4 deep into the bottle so with a few tippy taps on the keypad, I became the proud owner of 4 good quality, foodsafe vessels and a tap that would carry my emergency water source should the unthinkable happen. The look on my husbands face when they arrived a few days later told me that 1) he thought I was joking and 2) I've finally lost the plot however, he'll be laughing on the other side of his face when all hell breaks loose and I'm able to say "told you so" as I'm handing him a refreshing cup of water. Best case scenario, we can use them for camping and I might even let him have one for waste oil.
