I live in the UK, but wanted to send some Dent-o-care products (Gengigel) to my parents in India. It took some time for the shipment to reach, but it did arrive in good condition, and my mother is happy with the product. The only reason to dock a star is because I had written to the sales team on September 13th to get an idea of the reason for delay in shipment and an estimated time of arrival (I completely understand there will be delays in international shipping in the middle of a pandemic, and it wasn't a complaint email, but one seeking information) and never did receive a reply (I checked my spam folder before writing this review, just in case). Anyway, the shipment eventually reached its destination on September 22nd. Thanks.
