Generally VG service, but I do have persistent problems ordering from the website. I tend to order the same products ~3-4 times/year, so I'm familiar with their precise descriptions and SKU numbers. But I occasionally experience frustration from being unable to find them straightforwardly, sometimes having to resort to scrolling through pages of search results and scrutinising small images to find what I want - and there is usually no indication that an item is missing because it is out of stock or discontinued rather than because I simply cannot find it. I recently received some items I had ordered using a search based on the precise wording from the packaging from a previous order, but they were the wrong items - I can use them, but they are not what I wanted and it would be too much hassle to return them for a refund.
