I found the website and ordering process to be very good and the product which I was already familiar with also. My complaint is with the cost of carriage. Considering that the order took an entire week to arrive here, the cost of £7.08 is unacceptable. Either the delivery time is within 48 hours (cf. John Lewis) or less, ie. commensurate with the cost, or a much longer time at a far lower cost. Dentocare products are hardly urgent so why is carriage so expensive ?
