very comfortable modern flat, clean and well managed building (easy but secure access, excellent concierge staff and efficient refuse and recycle facilities), nice trendy area with lots of restaurants, cafes and Waitrose very close,
environment system for temperature control and AC in flat etc not user friendly,
rental price a bit high versus value
but overall we were very satisfied and had a nice stay
