i love the dye itself but the carrier that delivered my package didn't alert my parents that where in at the time of delivery (11.30am) that the package had arrived, no knocked door and no one rang the doorbell it was left on the floor in the rain until I had gotten home at 3.45pm. so this is the main reason that my rating is so low. delivery service absolutely appalling!!
