Sent a fairly large order in as clear a way as I could to our account manager - it went over 2 pages. It took a long time to get quotes back from him and then, once quotes were approved, only one page of the order was placed your end - this resulted in us only receiving half the order. This has now been put through at a rush, but I've since discovered that some items are now out of stock (where they weren't if the order had been placed on time). I was offered an alternative by email, but no info on whether it was a similar quality or price - so I've had to email back again to get this information. Essentially - a lot of chasing by me and fairly slow/incorrect action by you. Our previous rep, Sue, was amazing - keeping us informed quickly and efficiently. We hope things improve soon.
