As a rule, I do'nt do reviews however, I needed a waste toner assembly for my Canon IR Printer/photocopier rather urgently. I rang them to ensure that the model number listed on their website was correct for my machine and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and assured me it was what I needed. When I came to purchase it, it took me 3 attempts to finally pay, as their system wouldn't accept my card details which I am extremely careful when typing them out, but on the 3rd attempt, it was accepted and when it came to postage I was told to do the cheapest option and he would ensure that I would get it the next day and it arrived really well packaged by lunchtime.
