My grinder stopped working.... and panic had set in..... after the initial shock I got in touch with Coffee Hit to organise a fixed fee repair. My Barratza 270Wi was packaged up and sent off the next day. Within a few days, I was back up and running and enjoying great coffee again. The process was very easy, with great customer service and updates - overall this was exceptional value.
