The order process was smooth and we had the option of a fast delivery which we needed, however, our parcel was returned to Leicester saying it was undeliverable. We are a coffee shop on the busy Shepherd’s Bush Road with the number above the door. We needed the cups to open two days after the delivery was due. This was then impossible so we had to purchase elsewhere.
It was a shame as we had been pleased with the service and we do not see any reason why the goods could not be delivered
