Very happy with Coffee Hit’s performance in every aspect except one: their choice of UK delivery provider. Yodel have provided by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had - and I do not exaggerate. My products were divided up into 2 sweeeet deliveries. The first half arrived in 6 days - late for the delivery method I paid for. My Fellow Stagg kettle said it was out for delivery, so I waited outside my house at the allocated delivery time to meet the driver. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had an email come through saying an attempt had been made but I wasn’t present to receive it. I’ve absolutely been sent round the houses - I’ve been in communication with Yodel’s webchat service that have been massively unhelpful. They have just told me to wait for another delivery and that they can’t do anything about it. The online tracker currently says that there is no estimated date of delivery - I ordered my products 10 days ago. At this point, I wonder if I’ve been blacklisted because of raising a complaint with them. Their entire setup makes it very difficult to raise a complaint and to be taken seriously. Other than the massive flaws within Yodel, Coffee Hit have been outstanding. The first half of my products arrive unscathed and they work tremendously. I will definitely be ordering from Coffee Hit again - however, I beg they change their choice of courier!! If I look to order again and they are still with yodel, I will just have to order elsewhere, as it isn’t worth the additional time and effort for me to chase up my delivery.
