Phoned late Monday afternoon as had been humming and ha-ing about a certain pattern for a raincoat. The lady, Karen, (I believe) on the end of the phone could not have been more helpful and friendly and took my order. I received the pattern in the post the next day beautifully packaged. Outstanding customer service. Cannot fault it.
