At the beginning i had a great experience with Cleanslate. Within 24-48 hours we had a debt solution agreed and all necessary paperwork exchanged. Things then went quiet. I heard nothing from Cleanslate and i only found out my Sequestration was awarded when the AiB contacted me not Cleanslate. I contacted Cleanslate who said that their operations team would be in touch (20/9/22). On 21/09/22 I received a letter pack from AiB and I informed Cleanslate I got this letter to which I was told that the operations team would be in touch. We are now on the 22/09/22 and I have not spoken to anyone since being awarded my Sequestration, I have no idea who im making my payments to, where to make them too or how. I have since found out that I will probably have all my insurance policies cancelled (contents, pet, mobile) and wont be eligible for new policies (bicycle insurance) which was not explained to me. Everything else was thoroughly discussed apart from this and its extremely nerve wracking for me. My initial experience was positive however im no longer confident in Cleanslate.
