Initially my first order was a bad experience. After waiting 4 days for my delivery I contacted Clarkes Golf, who were extremely apologetic and honest with regards to why I had not received my order. My order was then with me the next day and a gesture of good will was applied to my account in the form of a gift voucher!! That's how you turn a negative into a positive and will most certainly keep me as a customer!
