I’ve only used the Cigar Club a few times. The prices are good and the convenience of home delivery great. Usually delivery is very quick but on one occasion I waited a long time (few weeks) and my e mail enquiries were not answered. Eventually I phoned and was informed that there was a problem with stock. I think I should have been told about this rather than be left wondering if the delivery had been lost. I shall, however, continue to use the Cigar Club.
