I wanted to find a relatively local roaster to me as a source of great coffee. I’ve tried a couple and failed but Chimney Fire has not disappointed at all. I have engaged with Nathan and Sam on getting a future order dates and subscriptions sorted out through email and it’s been nice and straight forward with various friendly and courteous engagement: the delivery happened when they said it would and true to form, but he packaging it arrived in was awesome. Love the fact they have thought about the story of their coffee so you understand the provenance and the sustainability impacts through to delivery. Everything’s been thought out nicely and just knowing they are half an hour away means I’ll also be visiting them in the next couple of months for their tour too: very pleased to date!
