Directly I went into Cox Lewis to make my first appointment I was greeted by two very helpful and smiling receptionists. When meeting Leon and also his wife my whole experience was one of professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. It certainly put me at my ease and I am already very happy to have bought my hearing aids. It makes such a difference to know that should I at sometime have a problem I can call.
