My club has had a Bulhawk Premium 3m x 3m for about three years. It is easy to erect and both the frame and the sides/roof are very robust. Someone borrowed it, didn't fasten it down in very strong winds, it blew away quite dramatically and a leg broke. We needed the gazebo in action ten days later for a major event. I spoke to Bulhawk (phone answered promptly by a person) who said if I got the order in that day, they would have the leg delivered to me by Monday or Tuesday. I also put a note on the order and this was acknowledged. The leg arrived on Monday. It was really simple to replace. I was very impressed that I could buy just one leg and not replace the whole frame. This is a first class product at a very reasonable price from a company who seem to want what's best for the customer. I have recommended them to anyone who wants a gazebo to last for more than one summer. Thank you Bulhawk
