I was highly impressed right from the very first email interaction with Jon who responded to my enquiry quickly. My ordered gazebo arrived promptly (3m x 6m) and was first used a couple of weeks later. It is fantastic. Everything about it screams quality from the frame itself to the clips to raise the height, to the actual canopy itself which is clearly waterproof and is reinforced at all the weak points! I've since been back and ordered a couple of bags to store the canopy and side walls, and have been equally impressed with the service and quality. For anyone fed up with replacing their cheap pop up gazebos every few years, get a Bulhawk. Thanks Jon and team.
