My order was never delivered and yet no refund was issued. They were a birthday gift which cost me time, money and emotional embarrassment on my fiancé's birthday. I left email after email. Royal mail told me they had been returned to the company. The company never picked up the phone on any of my calls to them.
Basically a completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional service
