I did the level 2 and level 3 personal trainer intensive course through body aid and would recommend it to anybody. The 1-1 tutor, Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible to my schedule. He even helped link the content of the course to my specific field within the fitness industry. I think the intensive course is well worth paying the extra for, I’ll be back soon for the strength and conditioning course! 100% recommend
