I completed my Fitness Instructor Level 2 and Personal Trainer Level 3 qualifications last summer.
The tutors all brought tonnes of knowledge and experience to the course, all were friendly and approachable. They put us at ease before assessments and made the course fun.
Course materials were great as was communication, but the practical sessions is what I feel I benefitted from the most, gaining direct feedback and tips.
I would highly recommend Body Aid Solutions to anyone thinking about learning something totally new or adding to their qualifications.
