I originally ordered a manual 6 litre unit which although shown as in stock proved to be out of stock. Bill Pilkington stepped in afgter a week or so and resolved the issue by sending me a higher spec unit at the original price. The unit arrived the next day and works extremely well, so I am happy to recommend Best Ultrasonic.
