After years of stress working for myself I started with bell group as plasterer, have been stress free ever since ,they looked after me well in a time of need ,everything is well organised and management go out there way for you and don't overwork you, give you everything you need, and if there is any issues you just have to raise them ,any negative reviews from employees are from lazy entitled employees who make excuses to do any work at all ,I have been well looked after and have a great work life balance and don't have to worry about anything now ,as this is an honest review I do have to say that we haven't had a payrise through the whole cost of living and don't get bonus if you work harder than others or at Xmas ,but wages are okay but prices are going up now ,coming to bell has changed my life for the better so a big thank you
