Avoid this company surveyor rude and they try to take advantage of VULNERABLE customers. Because they are so narrow minded they think no one knows how to do the job better than them but one thing which ill point out.
Why would you use standard plasterboard in a bathroom un ventilated over moisture board?
Why would they think its best to cover mould with paint?
I wouldn't use them if you can help it.
What I have done is forwarded there job list full of bodged jobs to the Housing regulator to prove this company is negligent against Vulnerable people
