We contacted Mark omodio regarding a party wall issue as the neighbor above had appointed him as her surveyor. Initially he seemed helpful and advised that we could not appoint him, due to the neighbor requesting this. He recommended another surveyor. We then called him again to discuss the situation regarding his client, and he ended the call. We tried calling back but he didn't answer. Don't bother with this company ....very unprofessional!
