Anstey Horne & Co was really helpful in writing a letter to aid my re mortgage completion. The mortgage company had requested a fire safety survey which was not necessary for the type of property I own, a converted semidetached 1930 house. Sarah Taylor the surveying assistant wrote a pro bono letter making it clear to the mortgage company that this was not required. Very professional and helpful service.
