Beware when things go wrong. I believe Alocalprinter are dogged in their approach & are not concerned when a customer is not happy with their service. In my view they are unprofessional, although good reviews (when things go right) give them the appearance of being upstanding. They have little regard for doing the right thing when things go wrong. My print was late - I wasn't happy with it when it arrived- they were not interested in finding a mutual solution - they cut off communication. I am expecting a fluffy answer to this review which will make them appear to be concerned - they are not. ..and in answer to your repsonse below : Yes you did cut off communication apart from on this review - I have written to you twice asking you to NOT return my faulty goods and to reply but no you have not.. lengthy answer here though? Your response has not changed my opinion just cemented it. - obviously your response is simply a way to appear upstanding when reviews are read, to make the reader believe I am an awkward customer. I am not. It was YOUR batch of ugly card ( I have had kraft card previously from you with no issues - i.e. good kraft card batch) It is your responsibility to check that the cards are suitable to be sent out - i.e. not black smudges/flecks all over printing area to give the impression that the print is poor - simply because (you state) the print was fine, does not mean the error was not yours. The saying 'could not see the wood for the trees' comes to mind.
