ALP have the best customer service ever - contact them by e-mail or phone and they will answer all questions. They even called me themselves when they spotted a mistake in my artwork. The work was then carried out promptly and in great quality. Still, I'm awarding only four stars as I find their website rather confusing. My questions and mistakes arose chiefly because there was too little information about formats and other options on the website. So I hope this can be improved in the near future, to make ALP a five-star company all round.
