Wow. My experience was quite very different from what I see here!
the guys were quite nice and professional, especially Faith- she took time to explain the Dubai touristor discounts to my wife and also helped us setup the sims.
I want to believe this was their normal behavior, unless we got lucky ;) .. guess we will find out on our next trip to Dubai.
