Purchased a printer. Spent three hours attempting to set it up. No joy so email support. They were useless, not sure if it was someone in the uk replying as they didn’t understand what the printer was and the fault. So we had to return to the director’s address as they refused to confirm a return address as the product was used. But it wasn’t used as it will not connect so cant be used. Avoid this company at all costs.
