I joined XLN in October 2023, the service did both work for a single day , I rang and emailed several times. I tried every thing they told me to do with no luck. I sent an email to terminate the contract in Jan 2024 and I was then sent a bill of over £500 for a service I never used!
And I'm being threatened with legal actions, I rang again and I was told that I was not cooperating to have the issue resolved , please avoid this company ,I'm reporting them to trading standards now
